All School Dance
Friday, January 16th - 5:00-8pm
Our school dance is happening January 16th at 5pm in the Gym, and it’s going to be spellbinding! Bring a snack to share, grab your friends, and get ready to dance the night away at our magical celebration! Don’t forget to sign up t help – volunteer participation is required to attend.
In addition to dancing, we will have a game room, and quiet/sensory room. We need help setting up, cleaning up, and chaperoning the different zones. Please sign up for a task and a food/beverage item. Reminder, there is a cost for this event. Please buy your tickets as soon as possible.

Makers Fair
Friday, december 12th - 5:00-7pm
Calling all HOME Program students and families! Join us on Friday, December 12th , 5-7pm for our hand crafted Makers Fair. Students and parents, you can bring your handmade wares, buy your friends' handmade crafts, and there will be a community craft table where everyone can make their own creations! Please check the newsletter for the sign up!
Game Night
Friday, November 14th - 5:00-7pm
The HOME Program would like to invite you for a night of games. Each room of the school will provide a different game where we hope to provide fun for everyone. Please RSVP and sign up to volunteer here.
Bite of home
September 19th 5:00 pm in the HOME Gym
Please join us for a night to celebrate all the different cultures our community represents! Families can sign up to host a table with a poster, food or other representation of your culture. Everyone is invited to buy tickets for $.50 to sample a bite from a table of your choice! Buy as many tickets as you'd like and sample all the foods!
Trunk or Treat
October 30th 4:30 - 6:30 in the HOME Gym/Parking Lot
Come see decorated trunks, enjoy candy and treats, and explore the haunted maze! We need help with collecting candy, setting up the haunted maze (with the help of leadership team), and hosting a trunk and passing out candy (provided). We would love donations for our haunted maze, we specifically need pop up tents that will be returned, and if you have any fun Halloween decorations for us to borrow or to donate (ie: strobe lights, fog machine, blow up decorations, spider webs, etc.)
H.O.M.E. Program 2025 Orientation
Wednesday August 27th 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
We are excited to announce our 2025 orientation schedule on Wednesday August 27th. The gym will be open for an optional meet and greet social time from 12 -1 pm. The HOME Program will provide dessert from 12:30-1 pm in the gym. You are welcome to bring lunch, come early, and connect with friends before the orientation classes begin. No hot lunch will be available. The required classes for students and parents are from 1-2pm for retuning families and 1-3 pm for new families and new middle school students (6th graders).
Here’s the timeline of events:
11:00 am: HOME building and library are open to find your locker and pick up your welcome packet, Chromebook and check out curriculum.
12:00 pm: Gym is open (you may bring your lunch to eat with friends)
12:30 pm: HOME Program will provide dessert in the Gym
1 pm-2 pm Mandatory Parent and Student sessions
2-3 pm Q&A, SDS tutorial for parents, Canvas tutorial for new 6th graders
New families and new middle school students, please plan to remain on campus from 1-3pm for mandatory training sessions. All parents are welcome to join the SDS tutorial session.
